In shortWe accept USDT on TRC20, ERC20 or BEP20, along with USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, TON, BNB and project tokens by agreement. Updated:

Start with the asset you already use

We accept several crypto assets, and we confirm the exact payment instructions with you before you transfer. Our accepted USDT networks are TRC20, ERC20 and BEP20. Other accepted assets include USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, TON and BNB; project tokens need agreement first.

The key detail is that your chosen asset and network must match the invoice. A ticker alone is not enough to identify the network for USDT, so check the wording before opening your wallet or exchange.

Payment option What to check before sending
USDT Match the invoice’s TRC20, ERC20 or BEP20 network.
USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, TON or BNB Confirm the accepted asset and instructions with us.
Project token Ask us to agree its use for your project first.

Tell us which asset you prefer and, for USDT, which of its 3 supported networks you plan to use. We’ll confirm the right instructions for your project. Our How we work page explains how we agree the work before it begins.

The invoice makes the agreement easy to check

Picture the operations lead of a young token project, just as a roadmap update is about to go out. They need to arrange payment while keeping the project team clear on what starts next. We would confirm the asset, network and prepayment terms before they send anything.

An invoice should connect the payment to the work you’ve agreed with us. Read it alongside your project plan, not as a standalone wallet instruction. Check that the service, accepted asset, payment details and prepayment terms match your understanding.

If your finance team needs specific invoice details, tell us before we prepare it. That gives us a chance to check what’s needed with you before payment. For a cost overview, see pricing; the terms agreed for your project are recorded in its invoice and plan.

Keep a copy of the invoice with your project records. If a detail looks different from what you discussed, pause and ask us to correct or clarify it. It’s much easier to resolve a mismatch before a transfer than after one.

What should you check before sending crypto?

Before sending crypto, compare the transfer screen with the invoice and confirm each detail. A careful check takes less effort than trying to untangle a mismatch later.

Match the asset and network

Check the asset name first. For USDT, select only the network written in the invoice: TRC20, ERC20 or BEP20. If your wallet or exchange uses different wording, ask us to confirm before choosing.

Check the destination and amount

Compare the destination address with the payment instructions. Then check that the amount and asset are the ones agreed for your project. Don’t rely on a saved address or an earlier invoice without checking it again.

Keep the transaction reference

After sending, share the transaction reference with us. We use it to match the transfer to your invoice and confirm the next step. If anything in the instructions is unclear, contact us through the contact page before transferring. For the contractual details around your project, read our terms of service as well as the invoice.

A clear path from agreement to work

Payment and kickoff follow a simple sequence. We agree the work and payment details first, then check the transfer against the invoice before confirming the next step.

  1. Tell us what you need. Share the project name, requested services and preferred payment asset. If you’re considering a project token, mention it before we prepare payment instructions.
  2. Review the invoice. Check the agreed work, asset, relevant network and prepayment terms. Ask us about anything that doesn’t match your understanding.
  3. Make the transfer. Follow the invoice instructions exactly, including the destination and USDT network if applicable.
  4. Share the reference. Send us the transaction reference so we can match it to the invoice.
  5. Confirm the start. Once the required prepayment is confirmed and the project plan is agreed, we confirm the next step for the work.

For example, suppose your finance contact handles the transfer while you coordinate the project. Share the invoice with them first, then send us the transaction reference when it’s available. That keeps both payment and kickoff tied to the same agreed plan.

Crypto transfers need one careful final check

Crypto payment instructions leave little room for guesswork, so ask us to re-check anything that feels unclear before approving a transfer. Match the invoice to the wallet screen, especially the destination address and the network selected for USDT.

A blockchain transfer may take time to confirm. We can’t control network confirmation. We also can’t redirect a transfer sent to the wrong address or on a mismatched network. That’s why we check the invoice details with you before payment and match the transaction reference afterward.

If you’re unsure about an instruction, stop before sending and contact us. You can also review guarantees and refunds alongside the terms agreed for your project. When you’re ready, send us the project name, requested services and preferred asset. We’ll confirm the payment details and invoice information with you before you make the transfer.

Frequently asked questions

How do I choose the right USDT network for this payment?

Use only the network named on your invoice: TRC20, ERC20 or BEP20. Check that your wallet or exchange supports that exact network before you send. If the network label on your payment screen doesn’t match the invoice, pause and ask us to confirm the instructions.

Can we use our project token to pay the invoice?

A project token can be used only if we agree to it for your specific project. Tell us the token you have in mind before we issue payment instructions. We’ll confirm whether it can be used and include the agreed payment details in the invoice.

What details should I expect to see on the invoice?

The invoice records the agreed work, accepted asset, payment instructions and prepayment terms. For USDT, it should also specify TRC20, ERC20 or BEP20. If your finance team needs particular details, let us know before we prepare the invoice so we can check them with you.

When can the project work begin after I pay?

Work begins once the required prepayment is confirmed and the project plan is agreed. We’ll confirm the next step with you after matching the transaction to the invoice. If you have a launch or campaign date in mind, share it while we’re agreeing the plan.

What should I do if I selected the wrong network?

Contact us as soon as you notice and share the transaction reference. A transfer sent to a mismatched network may not arrive as expected, and we can’t redirect funds sent to a different address. Check the invoice instructions before approving a transfer, especially when paying USDT.
